The firm has over 10 years of professional experience and has a good reputation in the property industry as the firm is trusted by banks, real estate agents and developers, individual property sellers and purchasers.
The firm was founded by the Managing Director, Sanelisiwe (Saneli) Ngcobo who heads up the real estate practice and conveyancing department. Saneli graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2011 and previously worked for one of the big 5 law firms in South Africa, before becoming a partner and director in another law firm in Fourways.

SANELISWE NGCOBO
Founder & Managing Director
Sanelisiwe Ngcobo fondly known as Saneli is the Founder and Managing Director of Ngcobo SN Inc., a progressive conveyancing law firm built on excellence, integrity, and a genuine passion for people. As an Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer with more than a decade of experience in property law, she has established herself as a trusted advisor to individuals, real estate professionals, developers, financial institutions, and government entities alike.
Her legal career began in Cape Town, in a medium-sized law firm then took off, when she joined one of South Africa’s Big Five law firms, where she developed a strong foundation in conveyancing and commercial property law. She later advanced to partner level in a Fourways-based property practice before founding Ngcobo SN Inc. a boutique firm that has since expanded from its Johannesburg head office to offices in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal, and Secunda, Mpumalanga.
Saneli is driven by the belief that property law is more than transactions—it is about people, their dreams, and their milestones. This people-first philosophy defines both her leadership style and the culture of her firm. She is widely admired for her ability to simplify complex processes, ensuring that every client, from first-time buyers to large-scale developers, feels supported, empowered, and understood throughout their property journey.
Her expertise and approachable manner have earned her recognition beyond the office and boardroom. PHUMLANI NGCOBO
Chief Executive Office
Phumlani Ngcobo is a founder and Chairman of Qadi Civils. He is also the Managing Director of Inkazimulo Consulting. He is a Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Brown Sugar Oceans. He Also Founded Qadi Foundation.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of extensive experience in both the public and private sector. It is with this profuse experience that makes his work with senior corporate executives of various companies or his consultations with major corporations very exceptional.
He has a wide variety of qualifications and training but also wide experiences that equipped his great skills in the whole of the accounting and business sector. With experience at servicing some of the top and most prestigious companies that are; JSE listed; Large unlisted Companies, Non-profit organisations; Agencies; Municipalities; Provincial Departments and State-Owned Entities.
He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA); South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA); Directors Association. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership (UNISA SBL); Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting (UKZN) and Bachelor of Accounting Science (UNISA).
TARRYN SCHUMAN
Senior Conveyancer
Tarryn Schuman is an accomplished Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer with four years of dedicated experience in property law. Her approach to client interactions is firmly rooted in providing a seamless and efficient experience throughout the property transaction process.

NQOBILE NXUMALO GREEN

As the founder and managing director of the firm, she brings with her seven years of post-admission experience and a comprehensive background of 11 years in the legal field.
Ms. Nxumalo’s unwavering work ethic has not only distinguished her within the legal landscape in Mpumalanga and Gauteng but has also carved out a distinct niche for her skill set. Her professional focus primarily centres on civil litigation, employment, and commercial matters, showcasing her expertise and dedication to these specialized areas of law.
NOXOLO NGCOBO
Attorney
Noxolo is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a valued member of our property law team. She completed her LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2017 and was admitted as an attorney in 2023.
With over three years of focused experience in Property Law, Noxolo has developed a strong passion for bond registrations. She has successfully attended to registrations for five major banks, giving her an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end process and the ability to navigate it with precision and efficiency.
What truly sets Noxolo apart is the human touch she brings to every interaction. She understands that for most clients, registering a bond is more than just a transaction, it is a milestone. Business Development Manager
Lindokuhle is a dedicated Business Development Officer whose strength lies in building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities that drive growth for both the firm and its clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Political Science and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Management, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
With a strong background in business development, Lindokuhle combines strategic planning with practical, hands-on execution. His work is centered on understanding client needs, whether they are real estate agents, developers, financial institutions, or government entities, and ensuring those needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care.

Senior Conveyancing Secretary
Bongathini is a well-rounded Conveyancing Secretary with a diverse set of skills that she gained through working in various roles and industries. She possesses excellent communication skills which have enabled her to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and external correspondence.
Bongathini commenced her conveyancing secretary career in 2020 and has developed number of skills within the field. Skilled in multitasking She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management with UNISA and planning to pursue a law degree upon completion.
DANICA GROBLER
Senior Conveyancing Secretary
Danica is our goal-driven, dedicated Conveyancing Secretary. She is responsible for ensuring that the process of transfers runs smoothly and in a timeous manner. With her great communication skills, she ensures that clients are always well-informed by providing weekly feedback. Danica maintains excellent attention to detail, is meticulous, conscientious, always focused and most efficient. She is passionate about her work. She is improving her skills and knowledge pertaining to law and is in the process of obtaining her LLB degree.
NOMPUMELELO NDLOVU
Candidate Attorney
Nompumelelo Ndlovu is a candidate attorney specializing in property registrations and bonds. She completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. With vast knowledge and experience in property values and real issues in the dynamic real estate sector and adapts to such very easily. She is very passionate about learning and growing her legal career. is a hardworking and goal- driven young professional. She has gained experience in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, court appearances in the District Court and Conveyancing. With her excellent communication skills, she interacts with our clients efficiently.
SIBAHLE FAKUDE
Candidate Attorney
Sibahle Fakude is a Candidate Attorney based in our Randburg office. She is primarily involved in the firm’s Conveyancing Department and the Administration of Deceased Estates, offering dedicated support to both individual and corporate clients and applies her skills in legal drafting, client liaison, and meticulous document management.
Sibahle obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her academic training and early practical experience have laid a strong foundation for her growing legal career, particularly in property transfers and estate matters.
As a diligent and detail-oriented professional, Sibahle is committed to providing clients with efficient, solution-focused legal assistance, while continuing to expand her knowledge and expertise under the mentorship of experienced practitioners at the firm.
BOITUMELO BANTSIJANG
Candidate Attorney
Boitumelo completed her LLB degree at North-West University, Potchefstroom campus, where she was actively involved in student life and leadership. During her time at university, she served as Deputy Chairperson of the Law Student Academic Chapter and proudly represented her faculty in the Christof Heyns African Human Rights Moot Court Competition, where she was named one of the top five participants and finished as second runner-up.
She also volunteered at the NWU Law Clinic, where she helped provide legal support to people in need. Before starting her articles, Boitumelo worked as a Legal Officer at Seloma T Attorneys in Klerksdorp, where she gained valuable hands-on experience.
From a young age, Boitumelo has always enjoyed leading and connecting with others — she was Head Girl in high school and has a natural passion for growth, people, and service. She is especially interested in Property Law, Commercial Law, and Conveyancing, and is currently completing her articles with a focus on these areas.
Outside of work, Boitumelo enjoys reading novels, attending yoga classes, and playing sport. She also earned provincial colours for netball while representing the North West Province, a highlight of her sporting journey
YONDELA NGOMA

Yondela Ngoma is our Senior Conveyancing Secretary, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a warm, client-focused approach to every transaction. She holds a Diploma in Conveyancing Paralegal from BCA and has over three years of hands-on experience managing property transfers of various kinds. Over the years, Yondela has refined her technical expertise in conveyancing processes, ensuring that each matter is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
